OUR POLICIES

We want every guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, just like the serene beauty of the Aegean. To help make that happen, we invite you to take a look at our terms & management policies—they’re here to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone!

  • All prices include VAT and city taxes. However the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €1.50 per room per night (as per decision A.1217/2023) is not included and will be collected at the property during check-out.
  • Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is by 11:00. If you plan to arrive in the morning or depart later, we would be happy to arrange this for you, subject to availability. Please contact us directly, for any special requests.
  • For late departures, staying beyond 11:00 and up to 18:00 is available at a 50% discount off the nightly rate. Departures after 18:00 will be charged the full nightly rate.
  • A deposit of at least 20% of the total amount is required to confirm all reservations, with the minimum equal to the cost of one night’s stay.
  • Guests are welcome to make their payment either in advance or upon arrival at the accomodation.
  • Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival, will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • Changes to the duration of the stay made less than 21 days in advance, will result in a charge of 50% for the modified days. 
  • In the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
  • In the case of an early departure or a shortened stay, the remaining balanced will be charged in full.
  • An additional charge of 15 euros per night applies for extra guests.
  • Our accommodation is open from May 15th to October 31st.
  • Linen is refreshed every three days for your comfort.
  • We are happy to welcome pets under 15kg, with a small fee applicable.
  • For the comfort of all, we kindly request no more than two pets per room.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.
  • We kindly ask our guests to treat the accomodation with care. Any damage can result in a corresponding charge.
  • To ensure a relaxing experience for all, we encourage our guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and be considerate of others.
