MORNING COFFEE TO RAKI AND LATER DANCING

ALL DAY & NIGHT MENU

Simadoura welcomes you from the morning with the comforting aroma of coffee, freshly made omelets and delicious pastries. As the day unfolds, a peaceful pause in the early afternoon allows time for the main dishes to be carefully and lovingly prepared.

From golden cheese pies and creamy fava to refreshing lentil salad and the rich flavors of Imam Bayildi, every dish tells a story. You’ll also find specialties like Symi shrimp, fragrant Smyrna-style meatballs, and the house favorite—slow-cooked ‘tsigariasto’ goat. And sometimes, as the sun dips lower, spontaneous live music fills the air, because here, it’s all about good food, good company, and unforgettable moments.

WARM SMILE COOKING

SIMADOURA’S MOTHER

The heart and soul of Simadoura, owner and cook Chrysa, began her culinary journey in 2014—a lifelong dream finally taking root.

With inspiration drawn from her grandmother and aunt, both seasoned cooks, their wisdom and passion found their way into her dishes. Years after Simadoura first opened its doors, guests and friends still stop by—first for the warm company, and then for the unforgettable flavors that keep them coming back.
