– Free transportation to and from the accommodation is provided to all guests from any location they are on the island.
– Any cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date has a charge of 20% of the total cost of the stay will be made. – Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or “No-show”, will result in a charge of 50% of the total accommodation cost. – Any case of early departure or reduced stay, will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the stay.
– Check-in any time after 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Early arrivals, as well as late departures can be arranged with an additional cost and subject to availability, directly with the property, for any request, please contact us. – The apartment price for a two-night stay (if you stay beyond the 11th hour and up to the 18th hour), what will be collected is reduced by 50% of the of the agreed price of the apartment. Staying beyond the 18th hour, obliges the guest to pay the 50% of the price of the entire one day’s rent.
– All pets under 15 kg are allowed in our accommodation. However, two or more pets within the room is not allowed.
